If you are interested in working in an administrative role in a busy healthcare or hospital environment, then this part-time course will equip you with the skills and knowledge that you will need – for example, reception and frontline office skills and medical terminology.

No formal educational requirements are required. This course is assisted by the CDETB Foundations Project and is designed to help those who want to move towards full-time education.
The course is free to anyone on Social Welfare and does not affect your benefits.
Successful graduates may gain entry to any relevant QQI Level 6 or BTEC Higher National Diploma courses. Graduates may also use their Level 5 award to apply for relevant degree courses through the Higher Education Links scheme.
Graduates from this course may gain employment in a variety of community based care environments.
