Tuesday: Strength and cardio blast

Duration: 10 weeks (no class on the 18.02.25).
Fee: €95 (It is CDETB policy that refunds are only issued if a course does not form. Before booking, please see our terms and conditions page).
Notes: Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable sports clothing, non-slip trainers, and have some water, and a small towel with you. All courses are subject to a minimum number in order to proceed. In the event that a course is oversubscribed, places will be offered on a first-booked, first-served basis and a waiting list will then be created. You will be contacted in this event.

Description

This class is aimed at anyone who wants to improve their basic fitness level in a fun and safe environment. Each week, you will work exercise to music to warm up, work on your cardiovascular fitness, strength, stamina, and mobility to get you fitter than you’ve ever been before. You will cool down and finish each session with a grounding breathing exercise. Each exercise will have different options and levels. You pick what will work best and safest for your body. Bring along a friend for support and make some new ones. This hour is for you!
