Time: 6.00pm-8.00pm

Duration: 2 weeks – if this course becomes over-subscribed, we will run it on a rolling two-week basis. Numbers are strictly limited to 12 people.
Fee: 25 euro (It is CDETB policy that refunds are only issued if a course does not form. Before booking, please see our terms and conditions page).
Notes: All courses are subject to a minimum number in order to proceed. In the event that a course is oversubscribed, places will be offered on a first-booked, first-served basis and a waiting list will then be created. You will be contacted in this event.

Description:

First Aid basic skills

Learning and practicing CPR is an invaluable skill to have so that you can help save someone’s life. Learning how to confidently use the AED machine will also enhance your confidence. Your tutor will make sure you have sufficient time over these two weeks to learn and practice these skills.

About your tutor: Brendan Kavanagh

First Aid basic skills

Brendan Kavanagh is a tutor on the nursing and pre-paramedic courses in Inchicore College of Further Education. He has also been a fully qualified paramedic and has deep experience in all aspects of first aid. He has a humorous and inclusive way of teaching that will give you the confidence to help others if needed.
