Description

Ballet for Beginners

This class is suitable for adult beginners. You will develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and challenge the brain as you learn the fundamentals or build upon your knowledge of them. Each class will start at the barre. Then you will take these movements and learn how to move fluidly through the room space, while working on your cardiovascular fitness too. Treat your body to a re-awakening of good posture while learning a new skill. Each class will finish with a stretch and cooldown to make sure that you leave the room taller than when you entered it. This class is suitable for all ages and is wonderful for men and women. All are welcome to learn something new in a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment.
