Nicola discovered mindfulness, meditation, and self-care during a challenging time in her life, finding relief from anxiety through Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Although she believes that true wellness comes from within, she also values traditional approaches like therapy and medication, emphasing that “all methods can complement each other”.
Nicola’s background is in the pharmacy industry where she worked for almost twenty years, and feels that this gave her a deep insight into the everyday stresses that people face. She is a fully qualified MBSR teacher, Reiki Master, EFT practitioner, Movement Is Medicine facilitator, and Wellness for Kids practitioner and is trained to teach mindfulness and meditation to both adults and children. Nicola’s passion is helping people of all ages to access calm, balance, and resilience in their lives.
