Each class will start with a short centering practice. This is followed by a standing flow sequence – be prepared to work up a healthy sweat. Lots of options will be given so that you can work to your own level. There will also be a sitting sequence and each class finishes with a short but blissful shivasana. Do bring your own mat, water, and lots of layers for the end of class.
Jeanette is a 500 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher. She is accredited by the Yoga Alliance. She is always developing her own practice and has undertaken further study with internationally renowned yoga teachers that include Ron Reid, Pat Harada Linfoot, Greg
Walsh, Adam Keen, Lalit Kumar, and Harmony Slatter. Jeanette’s classes are always pitched to give each student an opportunity to work to the level they wish to on that day. So, whether you are a beginner, an improver, or a more seasoned yoga practitioner, you will find the challenge that is right for you in this open level class. Jeanette is mindful that all flow classes are a union of movement and breath and that the aim is flow with ease. Prepare to leave class feeling invigorated.
