Discover a deeper union of body, mind, breath, while strengthening your metabolism, circulation and cardiovascular health. Experience stress melting away and cleansing your body of toxins as you stretch, tone and strengthen.Vinyasa flow is characterised by the seamless integration of breath and movement, creating a dynamic and fluid practice. Each class will include centering practice and standing flow sequences – be prepared to work up a healthy sweat! Lots of options will be given so that you can work to your own level. There will also be a sitting sequence and each class finishes with a blissful savasana. About your tutor: Laura Bolger

Laura Bolger

Laura has trained in both classic Hatha style yoga and Vinyasa Flow yoga- she completed her teacher training at Temple Bar Yoga in 2017. Laura has been teaching yoga in Dublin since graduation and her mission is to spread the joy of yoga and its limitless benefits. She enjoys focusing on dynamic poses with an emphasis on breath, flow and alignment. The attention is continuously being brought back to the breath to make each pose manageable and fun. Verbal adjustments guide students to stay safe and go deeper. Laura prioritises savasana as an essential part of her yoga practice. She believes in the restorative power of this pose, often setting aside ample time for a long, guided savasana at the end of her sessions. She encourages students to embrace this time as an opportunity to relax, reflect, and reconnect, emphasising that savasana is not just a pause but a vital component that helps integrate the benefits of practice.
