Restorative Yoga Level 3

For those with a more experienced established practice. Suitable for anyone who has taken more than 4 full terms of yoga (32 weeks) .
You will explore more restorative poses & slow sequences to deepen your experience of the therapeutic benefits of regular yoga practice. This kind of class facilitates the body’s natural ability to heal itself for us to feel physically invigorated, emotionally refreshed and mentally rejuvenated.
Not suitable during pregnancy.
Students need to bring their own blanket, towel and or small cushion to class – Mats will NOT be provided.
This class is NOT suitable for beginners.
