Description
This is a two-part, two-day course to facilitate the time required for brewing your craft beer. This course will benefit those of you who have basic craft beer brewing experience or for those of you who have already undertaken our introductory brewing course. Lots more time and detail will be spent on the very specialised techniques that will bring your beer to the next level.
Des Feeney is an avid and experienced home brewer of craft beers. He has been brewing quality beers for the last decade and he has been awarded gold medals for his beers at the Irish National Homebrewing Competition. Des tutors others regularly on the craft of home beer brewing and he is in demand for his brewing demonstrations at corporate events.
