Indoor frisbee is one of the coolest ways to get fit, have fun, learn some new skills, and make some new friends. In this class you will start with basic warm up drills to get the heart and lungs pumping. You will then learn and practice basic techniques to have you flying the frisbee like a pro. Every class will then continue with frisbee games to keep you moving, practicing, and having fun. Class finishes with a cool down and will have you feeling on top of the world.
Conor has been playing Frisbee for a a number of years and is highly active within the Dublin league. Conor’s background as a movement specialist means that you will be able to participate safely and he will ensure that you have fun, get fit, and learn something new safely.
