How easy is it to control a man when his great weakness is his blind desire for power? Something in Macbeth tells him he will be King, that he will have great power. Where does this come from? Is it from deep inside himself or are there unseen forces manipulating him for their own gain or amusement? What does he do with the power once he gets it? Does he find that no one can be trusted and that his enemies still torment him? William Shakespeare wrote Macbeth over 400 years ago and yet it resonates so clearly today.
Our annual Shakespeare production is always one of the college year highlights.
Don’t miss this striking new production of Macbeth, directed by Paul Meade and performed by the second-year students of Theatre Performance at Inchicore College. Featuring set design, multi-media, sound and lighting design by our Technical Theatre students and costume design by our students of Costume Design and Make-up.
Tickets only from the college box office in the entrance hall from Thursday 13th. Book early to avoid disappointment.
