Fitness for Seniors

Spring term 2024, Fitness class for seniors.

Tuesday: Fitness class for seniors
Time: 5.00-6.00pm
Start: 09.01.24
Duration: 8 weeks (no classes on the 13.02.24)
Fee: 70 euro and 10% discount for anyone over the age of 66. (It is CDETB policy that refunds are only issued if a course does not form. Before booking, please see our terms and conditions page).
Notes: Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a small towel with you. Wear comfortable clothes and non-slip runners. All courses are subject to a minimum number in order to proceed. In the event that a course is oversubscribed, places will be offered on a first-booked, first-served basis and a waiting list will then be created. You will be contacted in this event.


This class is aimed at older adults who want to improve their basic fitness level in a fun and safe environment with their own peers. Each week, you will work on your cardiovascular fitness, strength, stamina, balance, and mobility. You will work within your own limits and each exercise will have different options and levels to suit support your fitness. This hour is for you!

About your tutor: Amy Nolan

Amy Nolan

Amy is an EQF Level 4 Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She is an advocate for health and wellness for all ages. She loves the energy and connection of exercising together in a group environment. Amy has an enthusiastic and kind manner that will leave you feeling challenged and supported in class. Fitness is fun and you’ll have plenty of that while moving, toning, and working on that fitness level with Amy!
