Paola is Italian born and bred but has moved to Ireland because of her love of this country. Paola’s passion for yoga began in 2018 while she was still living in Italy, when she attended her first Ashtanga class. Since that moment, she has practiced daily, and she credits the lockdown period with solidifying her love for yoga.
After moving to Ireland, Paola became a Fitness Instructor and graduated in Personal Training. Over the past three years, she has taught both fitness and yoga-based classes in various gyms.
In 2023, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Kildare. Her main styles of teaching are Hatha and Vinyasa, while she enjoys practicing Hot Yoga and Yin Yoga in her personal time.
Paola also decided to become a Chair Yoga Teacher because she firmly believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone. She views yoga as a holistic state of well-being for both body and mind, and she finds that even for the most flexible individuals, using a chair adds an interesting challenge.
