About The Course

1 Year Basic Fitness Part Time Course
QQI Level 4

This is a part-time course in Sports and Recreation offered over 3 days in the week where you will gain a Level 4 certificate. It offers opportunities to those who wish to study subjects related to sports and leisure. It is suitable to anyone interested in sports coaching or fitness training and wish to return to learning in a college of further education. It will help you to progress to a full-time course in this area.

The Back to Education Initiative (BTEI)

The Back to Education Initiative (BTEI) provides part-time further education courses for young people and adults. Those in receipt of unemployment payments or means-tested social welfare benefits, holders of medical cards and their dependants are entitled to free tuition. Others will be required to pay the appropriate college fees.
