About The Course

Healthcare environments are changing and healthcare workers need to develop and update their skills. This innovative course aims to build on existing knowledge and skills and prepare you for future work in a supervisory capacity or as a senior healthcare worker.

The supportive environment in Inchicore College along with the experience and knowledge of our healthcare teachers will help you to acquire new skills in areas such as human resources management, health promotion and conflict resolution. You will also extend your knowledge and practice experience with an emphasis on person-centred planning and care.

QQI Level 5 Award: Merit in a related discipline such as Healthcare or Nursing Studies
Equivalent qualifications will be accepted
Qualified candidates already working in the healthcare/disability sector are also eligible to apply
